Eclipse International licensee Almutlaq Group, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia has opened its first mattress store in the city.
North Brunswick, New Jersey-based Bedding Industries of America has announced that Eclipse International licensee Almutlaq Group, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has opened the first Eclipse retail store there.
The Saudi manufacturer and retailer inked a deal with BIA in 2015 to license the brand for distribution in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
The new storefront serves as “a blueprint for all Eclipse showrooms that are planned in the Middle East,” said Matthew Connolly, president of BIA’s Eclipse and Eastman House mattress licensing groups.
