Glossop, England-based Carpenter Ltd., part of Richmond, Virginia-based Carpenter Co., is launching a new line of mattresses and pillows, called the Aurora Collection, just for the U.K. market.
The Aurora collection, part of the Sleep Better range, uses a next-generation, high-density foam offering high resilience, as well as good bounce, the company said in a news release. It has an open-cell structure, allowing increased airflow and breathability.
Carpenter Ltd., based in Glossop, England, has introduced the Aurora foam collection, part of its Sleep Better line.
Gillian Finch, Carpenter Ltd.’s national sales manager for consumer products, said: “Unlike memory foam, the unique properties of the Aurora foam enable it to effortlessly contour to the body while offering ultimate support and comfort, but still offering maximum breathability to ensure a good night’s sleep. It’s super supportive technology and we’re predicting it will be seen as the next generation in memory foam, delivering unrivaled body contouring and back/head support.”
Carpenter Ltd. also introduced its first roll-packed mattress that is nearly 12 inches deep. “We’re experiencing a shift in consumer demand for deeper mattresses,” Finch said.
