Customatic Adjustable Bedz has contracted with furniture-repair company SAW Enterprises Inc., with headquarters in East Northport, New York, for after-sale product set up and service in consumers’ homes.
The deal gives Customatic 40 brand-dedicated field-service technicians and the company greater control over those dispatched to set up and service its product line, according to a news release.
Technicians are based throughout the United States.
“Each of our dedicated technicians has been trained extensively on our wide array of products to ensure a safe, secure and personal delivery and set up for optimal performance and service,” said Phil Sherman, managing partner of Customatic. “We see this strategy as a perfect move to maintain an impeccable level of service for the consumer.”
Phil McCarty, Customatic managing partner, added: “We’re building in better controls and better service so that we can continue to delight consumers with the Customatic experience from the time they reach out to customer service until the product is installed in their homes. We wanted to use service technicians who were totally dedicated to our company to ensure quality and top-notch service across the board.”
Sean Conlon, president of SAW Enterprises, added: “The collaboration between SAW Enterprises and Customatic Adjustable Bedz is what we believe to be the evolution of service for the adjustable-bed industry, pioneering new ground for better quality and accountability to lend credibility to the retailers, distributors and manufacturers they represent.”
