Charlotte, North Carolina-based sleep products manufacturer ViscoSoft has revamped its website to target the growing boxed-bed category with its newest product line, Muse.
In addition to selling Muse mattresses direct to consumers, ViscoSoft is targeting regional brick-and-mortar retailers with the new line.
A major feature of the new site, ViscoSoft.com, is a Sleep Personality Quiz designed to help consumers determine which products to select based on a series of questions related to their body type and sleep habits. A blog covers bedtime rituals, midnight snacks and other sleep-related content; a video demonstrates how to set up a mattress; and there’s online customer service in the form of live chat.
