BedMart Mattress Superstores Donates Mattresses to Helping Hands Hawaii

BedMart Mattress Superstores, a Portland, Oregon-based retailer with a number of locations in Hawaii, has donated $70,000 worth of Tempur-Pedic mattresses to Hawaiian families in need.

Elana Stone-Anderson of BedMart Mattress Superstores; Jan Harada of Helping Hands Hawaii; and news anchor Maleko McDonnell with ABC affiliate KITV News 4 were on hand for the spring donation event.

On April 4 at the BedMart store in Honolulu, BedMart donated 70 mattresses to Helping Hands Hawaii, an organization dedicated to serving Hawaii’s most vulnerable families, communities and individuals. In addition to the mattresses, BedMart provided mattress protectors from GBS Enterprises.

“The BedMart family is proud to contribute to an organization that positively impacts lives in the community,” said Elana Stone-Anderson, vice president of marketing.
