Machinery supplier Masias Maquinaria SL, with headquarters in Girona, Spain, has created the dual, patented Comfort Line for rolled pillows and quilts.
Versatility With the launch of the rolled pillow and quilt line, Masias Maquinaria SL, headquartered in Girona, Spain, offers customers production speed and flexibility.
It consists of two systems combined into one, the Masias Rollpillow production line and the Q-connect quilt-production system.
The line launched at Interzum Cologne in May, and following the show, Masias shot a YouTube video to promote the features and benefits of the versatile system. Watch the Comfort Line video (below or) at the company’s website, MasiasMaquinaria.com.
The system offers filling flexibility as it works with all types of synthetic fibers and fiber blends, including natural fibers such as wool or cotton, recycled fibers and shoddy, as well as fiber and foam combinations and even fiber balls. Masias’s fiber-carding machinery may be incorporated directly into the line.
“(The rolled pillow and quilt line) was developed with complete flexibility in mind in terms of product sizes, fabrics, covers and fills, and making it so easy to switch from one product to another,” said Patricia Masias, who handles marketing for the company. “Also, customers can start with one machine and upgrade (to the Comfort Line later).”
