Malouf ranks on Entrepreneur list

Malouf logoLogan, Utah-based sleep accessories supplier Malouf was recognized as one of the Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America by Entrepreneur magazine’s Entrepreneur 360 List.

The study ranked Malouf No. 26 and recognized it as a well-rounded company that has mastered a balance of impact, innovation, growth and leadership.

“We have a culture that gives people autonomy to do their jobs, and that’s been a recipe for success for us,” said Sam Malouf, chief executive officer of Malouf. “Our people work hard, they come up with great ideas, they’re always looking for solutions and they have a lot of fun in the process. That’s key to our growth, and we’re honored to be named to the Entrepreneur 360 list.”

According to a company news release, Honorees were selected based on a scorecard designed to measure four metrics reflecting major pillars of entrepreneurship—innovation, growth, leadership and impact.
