Holding the event in New Jersey enabled more than 120 members of the Storis team to attend. Retailers at the event ranged from new clients to those who have been Storis partners for nearly 30 years.

The conference theme “Unified for Success” highlighted the Storis platform’s focus on managing multichannel commerce. Emerging shifts in retail and the consumer purchasing process were at the forefront of conversation, according to a news release.

The company unveiled updates to its unified commerce platform, and clients were able to walk through all of the changes in a simulated customer shopping scenario. There also were 25 breakout seminars, seven general sessions and multiple opportunities for networking.

Mike Bacon, director of retail systems for Ethan Allen, said: “We brought eight team members from various roles to the conference. Each member of our diverse group found great value in many of the offerings, particularly in the demonstration of the new (Business Intelligence Suite) that we are extremely excited to begin using at Ethan Allen.”
