FoamPartner brings its broad lineup of flexible foam components to United States

Wolfhausen, Switzerland-based polyurethane foam supplier FoamPartner is making its U.S. market debut this year with its first showing at ISPA EXPO 2018, March 14-16 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

During the show, the company will present its latest high-performance foam products for the premium bedding market, as well as a new comfort foam with enhanced box spring-like sleeping performance.

FoamPartner will distribute its foams in the United States through a network of existing partner sites. Over time, it will add other facilities. The company will be targeting the home, medical and transportation markets with its U.S. line and will offer a line for boxed-bed applications. The company’s range of products includes more than 200 high-quality, specialized polyurethane foams, including washable viscoelastic formulations and breathable gel foams.

FoamPartner is an all-in-one polyurethane foam solutions provider offering comprehensive business-to-business products and services, according to the company. “Working closely with demanding manufacturers in the mattress, pillow and upholstered furniture industries, we develop intelligent system solutions for the highest comfort and the best ergonomics,” according to the company’s website.

In February, the company introduced a new management organization aimed at strengthening its customer orientation and efficiencies. The organization reflects the recent acquisition and merger of Otto Bock Kunststoff GmbH’s operations with FoamPartner.

“We are building on the strengths and expertise of Otto Bock Kunststoff GmbH and FoamPartner and will strive to realize the significant growth potential across all regions—in the Americas and Asia-Pacific in particular,” said Michael Riedel, chief executive officer of FoamPartner about the merger. “Over the next 18 months, we will include all stakeholder groups in a change process. We remain focused on our customers and on offering them an increased range of services.”
