Bedding components supplier Hickory Springs has inked distribution agreements with adjustable base maker Ergomotion, headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, and latex producer Lien A Co. Ltd., based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Hickory, North Carolina-based company also added new models to its roll-packed mattress program. All of the new products and components were on display at the company’s booth at ISPA EXPO 2018 March 14-16 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Hickory Springs offers the Ergomotion Essence, an adjustable base that folds for compact, easy shipping. It is ideal for both e-commerce, as well as brick-and-mortar retailers looking for a carry-out option, the company said. The bed has head and foot adjustability, wired or wireless remote, a clean modern design and legs in three heights. The base’s weight limit is 650 pounds.
Hickory Springs now distributes the Lien A natural rubber latex line in the United States. The latex foam components are made with 100% natural rubber with no fillers. Hickory has the exclusive distribution rights for Lien A’s honeycomb profile latex foam cores, as well as the company’s pin-cored quilting, toppers and pillows.
Among its e-commerce roll-packed mattress offerings, Hickory Springs now offers two Perceptive models—one that uses latex in the cushion along with memory foam and a second bed that pairs latex with the company’s Posturfil and Posturfil HD microcoils.
