Eclipse International Adds Northwest Licensee

North Brunswick, New Jersey-based Eclipse International has signed a licensing agreement with Sumner, Washington-based Sound Sleep ProductsThe agreement gives Sound Sleep the rights to produce, market and distribute the Eclipse and Eastman House brands in six states: Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon and Washington, as well as the panhandle region of northern Idaho.

Founded in 1992, Sound Sleep has two factories: one in Tacoma, Washington, and the other in Sumner. The vertically integrated company manufactures innersprings and cuts foam for the mattresses and box springs produced at its 117,000-square-foot facility in Sumner.
