Mattress Industry Veteran Gary Fazio To Host
PHOENIX, AZ September 2020 – Get your game face on! The Seena Magowitz Foundation is hosting virtual Bingo Night on Wednesday, October 21st at 4 PM Pacific/6 PM Central/7 PM Eastern. Former President and CEO of Serta Simmons Bedding, Former Mattress Firm CEO and industry veteran Gary Fazio will add a new title to his impressive resume, as celebrity “bingo caller” of these special events.
“I haven’t played bingo since I was in my teens,” said Fazio. “We want people interested in the cause of pancreatic cancer, so let’s do something a little different.”
While the game may be unfamiliar to Fazio, being “on-air” is not. The industry mogul actually started his career as a disc-jockey for a commercial Top 40 station at just 17-years-old. Now, he’ll be dusting off that degree in broadcasting for these special events.
“Did you ever know Gary to not do something with 100% effort?” asked Foundation’s Founder Roger E. Magowitz. “We’re so excited to have him as the host of our first Bingo night. The Foundation has so many ties to the mattress industry and Gary is truly a household name in that realm.”
The evening is an opportunity to bring the whole family together with an amazing goal. The event will be raising funding for pancreatic cancer research. And, of course, there will be plenty of prizes!
