Champion Thread Co., a supplier of industrial sewing thread, engineered yarns and other textile and sewn products, has hired John Saunders as manufacturing manager.
Saunders is a seasoned yarn and thread expert and plays an important role in all CTC product and manufacturing strategies and processes. He joined Champion from his family’s third-generation business, Saunders Thread Co. Most recently, he was director of engineering for Saunders. During his long career there, he acquired expertise in the development and manufacturing of specialty and engineered yarns, as well as aramid, filament and other thread products.
