Compass Sleep Products, a manufacturer of mattress products under its own brand and for private label, has promoted Savannah Vause to the position of plant manager to oversee the operation of the Greenville, Florida, facility.
Vause will be responsible for the daily operational and physical aspects of the facility, staffing, and incoming orders and production. She will report to Compass Sleep Products CEO and General Manager Ricky Riley.

In August 2022, Vause joined Compass as a human resources and payroll manager. Previously, she served in a human resources capacity with Twin Oaks Juvenile Development, Compass’ local community partner. Vause also learned operational and employee relations skills while working as an accountant and office secretary at her father’s contracting firm.
