TROY, Mich. — [May 28, 2026] — Indratech LLC, a developer of innovative and sustainable comfort technologies, has appointed bedding industry veteran Corey Westerman to lead the company’s new consumer products division.
Based in Troy, Michigan, Westerman will spearhead the development and expansion of a new portfolio of consumer sleep and comfort products, leveraging Indratech’s proprietary technologies and advanced engineering capabilities. The division will focus on delivering innovative, sustainable comfort solutions across multiple bedding categories.
Westerman brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the bedding and consumer comfort industries, with expertise spanning product development, sourcing, merchandising, operations, and brand strategy.
Most recently, he served as President of Sleep Studio, where he oversaw full P&L management, product development, sourcing, and strategic brand growth. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of the Mattress Division at Delta Children, where he helped significantly expand the business across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels through innovative product launches and strengthened retail partnerships.
Earlier in his career, Westerman held leadership roles at ReST, Classic Brands, and Serta Simmons Bedding, where he led product innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization, helping bring advanced comfort technologies to market at scale.
A named inventor on multiple U.S. patents, Westerman has built a reputation for pushing the bedding industry forward through innovation-driven thinking and consumer-focused product development. His work has included the creation and commercialization of advanced gel-section systems, crowned-panel engineering, and other breakthrough comfort technologies designed to improve sleep performance and durability.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, Westerman has built high-performing teams focused on innovation, speed-to-market, and long-term brand growth.
