WACO, Texas (July 9, 2026) — Americanstar US will introduce the mattress industry’s first natural grid system made from natural latex at the Summer Las Vegas Market with the debut of the Nature’s Grid™ Brand, a premium hybrid lineup built around NatureFlex™ Grid, an exclusive innovation engineered to improve three characteristics consumers expect from a premium mattress: comfort, airflow, and cooling.
While typical gel grid beds can create a rigid, synthetic polymer feel with less natural transition, NatureFlex Grid conforms and adapts for a natural feel that transitions seamlessly. Typically, traditional gel grid materials offer 2-way airflow, while NatureFlex Grid’s 6-way directional airflow design promotes breathability in every direction. Furthermore, NatureFlex Grid is infused with natural graphite for advanced cooling, a feature not offered in typical gel grid materials. Together, these innovations deliver a distinctive comfort experience that sets Nature’s Grid apart from conventional gel grid products.

NatureFlex Grid debuts exclusively within the Nature’s Grid Brand, available in Firm, Medium, and Plush comfort options. Each model pairs the natural latex grid with a cooling cover, 5lb memory foam, Americanstar’s proprietary SilkFoam™ Technology, Energex® foam, a micro coil layer, and wrapped coil. The collection reflects Americanstar’s commitment to premium materials and manufacturing, bringing together thoughtfully engineered components that complement NatureFlex’s performance.
The launch also reflects Americanstar’s continued investment in proprietary product development and domestic manufacturing. Earlier this year, the company expanded its 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Waco, Texas, by bringing foam pouring in-house. The investment gives Americanstar greater control over formulation, quality, and product development while strengthening its ability to create exclusive materials and accelerate innovation. With this background in foam production and fabrication, Americanstar can manufacture the NatureFlex Grid in-house using the same fabrication equipment.
