Doug Culmone
Retail software supplier Storis has promoted Doug Culmone to president and chief operating officer of the Mount Arlington, New Jersey-based company.
Culmone began his career at Storis in 1998 as director of client services. In 2001, he was promoted to vice president of operations and, since 2004, he has served as COO. During his tenure, Storis has grown its team by 40%, expanded its client base and been repeatedly ranked a best employer in New Jersey by publication NJBIZ.
“Doug has been an instrumental part of our growth and success,” said Don Surdoval, chief executive officer and former president. “He continues to gain both personal and professional reward from helping others learn new skills and develop the next generation of leaders.
