Melbourne, Australia / La Vegas, NV, USA – January 22, 2018 – International mattress and bedding manufacturer Ergonomic Life International is inviting manufacturers, distributors and mattress/ bedding retailers to visit SSA Showroom C-1565 at the Las Vegas Market , January 28 – February 2, 2018 to view , rest test and compare the company’s new, patented, proven and tested i-Bed featuring the Ergolife Contour, Ergolife Active and Ergolife Zero Stress.
According to structural engineer, turned mattress designer Mario Piraino, Ergo Life’s CEO, the new i-Bed has been twenty years in the making and now offers individualized, hand-held, remote-controlled, fully customizable conformity and support at the shoulder, lumbar region and hips. “Our Ergolife Contour and Ergolife Active adjustment ranges have provided Australian consumers deep, restful sleep for over a decade. Our Zero Stress range can all but eliminate waking with lower back stiffness, which is so typical of traditional mattress designs. After twenty years of tests and research with product redesign and development, our i-Bed is our best model yet,” says Piraino. “This new series allows the sleeper to individually adjust the surface shape of the mattress in order to ‘engulf and cradle the sleeper’s shoulder and / or her hips,’ then ‘increase , adjust and move the lumbar support to the exact right spot.’ This provides for maximum comfort all night long.”
Beds that offer your consumers “Real, Personal Solutions”
Piraino explains that while many traditional North American brands make unsupported or unscientific claims about support, conformity and comfort, Ergolife has twenty years of research, testing and design adjustments behind their claims. “There really is something here. We have worked over twenty years creating a product line that allows us to offer American manufacturers, distributors and retailers the opportunity of quitting the price-discounting rat race that is experienced when selling ‘me-too’ mattresses to others in the market. Instead we offer customers beds that provide ‘real’ comfort, ‘real’ support, and ‘real’ restful sleep, for the same price that beds in the medium quality market are sold for.” Piraino further adds, “Forget “Firm, Medium and Plush” model differentiation; that is old technology that has been offered since the 1950’s. Forget the support offered by the usual ‘zoned mattresses’ that ignore the sciences of physics and anthropometry. We offer beds designed appropriately for every sleeper: light bodies, robust bodies or plus-sized type bodies. Our i-Beds cater to couples with different individual requirements.”
Twenty Years in the Works
20 years ago, Piraino enlisted the help of Australian Public University Professors and Research Scientists to use physics, ergonomics and anthropometry in designing beds and bases that can be adjusted in order to reduce the large distortions and high pressure spots usually produced by uniform beds (including popular zoned mattresses) ; and instead of, ‘promising but not delivering’ they designed beds that definitely give the sleeper the physical means to adjust and thus produce for themselves a real restful night’s sleep. The range has so far consisted of the Ergolife Contour mattress, the Ergolife Active mattress and the Ergolife Zero Stress bases which have been very effective and much loved by Australian consumers.
“Now I’d like to invite American manufacturers, distributors and mattress/ bedding retailers to put the Ergolife i-Bed to the test! Please come view these beds, try them out, test them and then compare them with the claims made by most mattress companies in the US,” says Piraino confidently.
