Adjustable base supplier Ergomotion, with U.S. headquarters in Santa Barbara, California, has developed a loyalty program for its retail partners that offers personalized marketing and social media support.
Club Ergo, which rolled out in February, provides members with a selection of benefits, ranging from discounted floor samples to customized point-of-sale materials and exclusive first looks at new products in development. The program also provides an online hub of marketing assets for members to use in promoting Ergomotion products.
Club Ergo members have access to discounted store-branded packaging for Ergomotion products. Designed for smaller, independent retailers in need of marketing support, the program allows for customization of in-store materials for co-branding of the retail store name, logo and address, along with the Ergomotion name.
In addition to marketing collateral, Club Ergo members have access to special product pricing, co-op advertising dollars, a listing on Ergomotion’s dealer locator page on its website and more.
The company noted there is no cumbersome point system. Club Ergo members receive a complimentary sales startup kit of POS materials and a discount on additional POS and marketing materials. Also, the company can provide customized direct-mail campaigns by ZIP code or other demographics, marketing support for social media, special orders and more—all at discounted rates negotiated by Ergomotion.
