Bedgear promotes Antinozzi, announces hires

Mattress and sleep accessories supplier Bedgear, with headquarters in Farmingdale, New York, has promoted Andrea Antinozzi to director of merchandising, and hired Lori Thompson as senior manager of forecasting and planning, Nicole Felix as sleep coach and James Schronce as logistics manager.

Antinozzi, who joined the company in 2017, previously was director of new channel strategy. In her new role, she is responsible for leading the merchandising team and developing new products and product assortments. She reports to Kristin Morris, vice president of merchandising.

Thompson also reports to Morris and has cross-functional expertise in business and quantitative analysis. Most recently, she spent five years at Lacrosse Unlimited working as director of planning and allocation. Prior to that, she spent 24 years at J. Crew Group Inc. in various planning roles.

Felix is part of the sales education team with responsibility for retailer training. She has more than eight years of experience with home furnishings and bedding retailers, having worked for Macy’s and Mattress Firm. Fluent in Spanish, she works with Bedgear clientele in Florida and Latin America. She reports to Holly Adorno, director of player development.

Schronce joins the logistics team based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and has 20 years of experience in logistics and planning, including contract negotiations, sourcing, transportation and strategic planning. He joined Bedgear from Flint Group Flexographic Products. He reports to Jim Funk, supply chain manager.
