At the ISPA Industry Conference, March 13-14 at the Vinoy Renaissance Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Florida, the ISPA Women’s Network held a “Flamingle” reception.
We caught up with old and new industry friends, sipped cocktails and pink bubbly and munched on mini bouquets of fresh veggies with dips.
Attendees brought donations such as unused travel-size toiletries or a work-appropriate outfit they no longer need. The collected items were delivered to The Spring of Tampa Bay, an area nonprofit that shelters victims of domestic violence and provides a full slate of services and assistance to abused adults and their children.
IWN was created in 2011 in collaboration with Vicki Fishman and Kim Grubb with Wright Global Graphics, based in Thomasville, North Carolina. The company sponsored this year’s event as they have in the past.
The goal of IWN is to give women in the bedding industry opportunities to get together, network, share ideas and camaraderie and also plenty of laughs. Enjoy this slideshow from our most recent event:
