Mike Clark
Fresno, California-based bed maker Pleasant Mattress Inc. has hired mattress industry veteran Mike Clark for the newly created post of sales manager.
Clark has worked for several major bedding manufacturers and retailers throughout his 30-year career. Since 2017, he had been a strategic account manager for Serta Simmons Bedding LLC in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to that, he spent 17 years with the former Simmons Bedding Co., where he held a variety of sales posts in the Western United States.
In his new role, he leads day-to-day sales efforts and reports to Mike Moore, chief of staff.
“Mike Clark is a well-respected professional who has a long track record of developing strategies that help his customers and colleagues improve sales performance,” said Rion Morgenstern, president and chief executive officer. “His vast industry knowledge — with particular expertise regarding the bedding market in the Western U.S. — will enable him to make immediate contributions to our company.”
