The event’s opening keynote was delivered by Mike Abrashoff, former commander of the USS Benfold and author of “It’s Your Ship, Management Techniques from the Best Damn Ship in the Navy.”
In a business session that included plenty of audience participation, Bob Phibbs, The Retail Doctor, demonstrated actionable tips that any company can use to build profits in 2019.
Another business session took a broad look at current conditions affecting the bedding industry, including new tariffs, regulatory changes and economic impacts.
The conference’s closing keynote speaker was Joe Theismann, world champion quarterback, broadcaster and entrepreneur.
