Retail software provider Storis celebrated its 30th anniversary in the home furnishings industry with a full-scale renovation of its company headquarters in Mount Arlington, New Jersey. “Our vision at Storis is to be obsessed with making home furnishings retailers successful,” said Don Surdoval, president and chief executive officer who started the company with the late Ira Bakst in 1989. “As we look back on 30 years and into the future, we are committed to that vision for the industry, our clients, partners and employees.” The renovation of the headquarters included the opening of the Collaboration Center with a new client training classroom, technology demonstration facilities and a multipurpose center that hosts employee wellness events.
