Latexco Aids Cyclists

Latex and foam supplier Latexco NV, with world headquarters in Tielt, Belgium, is providing mattress toppers and pillows for riders in the Australian WorldTour outfit Mitchelton-Scott. Kevin Tabotta, Mitchelton-Scott performance manager, said: “Cyclists endure some of the most varied competition and sleep environments of any elite athletes. The latex topper and pillows from Latexco will allow us to rectify this.” Katrien Dendievel, Latexco public relations and marketing coordinator, added: “Scientific tests have proven the positive impact of our latex topper: The athletes who slept on a latex topper slept an average 18 minutes longer per night and felt refreshed and energized when waking up.”
