According to a June 10 news release, sleep products supplier Malouf, headquartered in Logan, Utah, has made changes in where it sources its Structures bed frames and accessories. Products now are manufactured in eastern Canada, not China. The sourcing switch was completed in April, and the line now is completely manufactured in North America.
The company said the frames and accessories feature heavy-duty steel and reinforced wheels and glides for a supportive sleep foundation.
“We guarantee exceptional products and excellent customer service,” said Mike Douglas, vice president of sales for Malouf. “We have invested in the best materials, factories and people to offer the best experience possible for our customers.”
The company offers more than 2,000 products and two-day ground shipping to the continental United States.
In a June 25 news release, Malouf announced it has shifted all sourcing of mattresses and adjustable bases from China to factories in other countries. The company said it is assessing where to source the rest of its product lineup on an item-by-item basis.
