Mattress licensing group Spring Air International has added a new customer service representative, Michele Rosselli, at its Chelsea, Massachusetts, headquarters. She has a customer service background and joins the company from Encore Boston Harbor. Prior to that, she worked for UGI Energy Group.
“As we continue to expand our partnerships with leading sleep retailers and build our network of licensees, we turned to someone like Michele because of her experience in two areas – the luxury consumer space and her energy experience, where she was able to scale her work to help a wide array of customers,” said Nick Bates, Spring Air International president. “She will bring a great new dimension to our team because of that experience.”
