Verlo honors health care workers
Contest winner Alison Molett, a registered nurse from Milwaukee, and her husband Frank prepare to select their new Verlo v7 mattress set.

Milwaukee-based Verlo Mattress, a factory-direct retailer and franchisor, declared 10 health care workers winners of its Celebrating Healthcare Workers Sweepstakes. Each received a Verlo v7 bed set in the size of their choice, with a retail value of as much as $1,999.

“We wanted to thank health care workers for their tireless work helping others battle COVID-19,” said Dirk Stallmann, Verlo executive vice president. “Giving them the best sleep possible will keep them energized and refreshed for the vital work they are doing for others in our community.”

The sweepstakes, which was open to health care workers in southeastern Wisconsin, was held online during the final two weeks of May. Ten winners were selected in a random drawing. The prize included free in-home delivery and old-mattress removal.

Winners included Susan Chipman, health unit coordinator; Paul DiMichell, registered nurse; Charlene Juedes, ultrasonographer; Lori Jula, physical therapy assistant; Caitlin McBride, certified nursing assistant; Virginia McIntyre, CNA; Alison Molett, RN; Barbara Plumb, nurse practitioner; Jodie Vishaway, RN; and Jazzmin Wilson, CNA.
