CORSICANA INTRODUCES FIRST SMART BED COLLECTION WITH 420-STORE ‘RETAIL SERVICE SYSTEMS’ BOXDROP FRANCHISE
DALLAS – As consumer demand for customizable sleep solutions continues to increase, Corsicana Mattress Co. has partnered with Retail Service Systems (RSS) to launch its first technology infused mattress that allows consumers to customize their sleep experience. Designed in collaboration with the RSS merchandising team, the Sleep2Win® Smart Bed marks Corsicana’s first major partnership since expanding its product development team to provide additional resources to focus on creating private label programs for its retail partners.
Based in Dublin, Ohio, RSS is a franchise-model retailer branded as BoxDrop with 420 stores in the United States. Under the exclusive partnership, the two smart beds were placed in a limited number of locations for testing purposes to start. Additional stores will be added next year.

Offered in two comfort support levels, the 3-Zone Sleep2Win® Smart Bed and the 5-Zone Sleep2Win® Smart Bed sense movement throughout the night and automatically respond to provide real time support and comfort. The intuitive mattress line is paired with a new mobile app to allow consumers to fully customize their sleep experience and adjusts as you sleep.

The 3-Zone Sleep2Win Smart Bed features three adjustable air chamber zones that target the shoulders, lumbar, hips and allows for custom comfort. In addition to standard features, the 5-Zone Sleep2Win Smart Bed includes two added air chamber zones, as well as the company’s patented fabric sensor, a durable, undetectable knit blend fabric that monitors thousands of body data points. Both models feature the company’s CopperTek™ Cover and Copper Comfort Foam to regulate body temperature, as well as naturally ward off germs.
The Sleep2Win Smart Bed’s software system, available through an app (iOS + Android), features three operating modes that allow customers to switch positions as their sleep needs change. Manual mode enables customers to customize support for each zone of the body and is available on both mattress models. The more sophisticated five-zone model also features Auto Position Mode, which provides the ability to memory set firmness settings and side support, and Automatic Mode, which provides constant pressure relief automatically and continuously throughout the night.
In addition to the launch of the Sleep2Win Smart Bed, Corsicana will provide training to its sales team to ensure proper demonstration on the retail floor, as well as creating dedicated marketing and POP materials.
