Printing and marketing solutions provider Wright Global Graphics, based in Thomasville, North Carolina, has made several organizational and management changes.
Dan Swiniarski, previously national account executive, has been promoted to executive vice president of sales and marketing, optimizing opportunities in high-growth areas and seeking out new markets for development. This move will allow Don Wright, chair and chief strategy officer, to explore innovative products and new ventures with possible acquisitions, the company said in a news release.
“Our vision is to advance our markets and evolve strategically,” Wright said. “We are confident our organizational shifts will open global and diverse opportunities as we continue to strive toward the edge of creative possibility and beyond.”
Vicki Fishman has been named vice president of sales for the Home Division, bringing her experience as the vice president of marketing and her sales experience to the role. “Vicki’s exceptional insight and ideas for growth in our Home Division will cultivate a large and integral part of our business,” said Greg Wright, president and chief executive officer.
Lisa Stuerwald has been promoted to director of research and development. Her industry knowledge and research will foster the development of the next generation of state-of-the-art products and materials, the news release said. She was previously customer experience manager.
Eddy Dolan has moved to the newly created role of director of creative services and marketing. He has been with the company for seven years, most recently as account services manager and designer. His deep knowledge of design and marketing will allow him to lead expansions and category diversification for each product and ensure maximum visibility across all marketing and social media platforms, the company said.
“The synergy of strength and expertise inherent in these changes will increase our capacity to innovate and partner with our clients at every level of product and service delivery,” Greg Wright said.
