Malouf Names Two New District Sales Managers

As part of an on-going sales leadership restructuring, Logan, Utah-based Malouf Home has assigned two new district managers to better support its retail partners and capitalize on key areas of growth.

The company promoted Derek Leishman to U.S. East District manager, and Matt Adams to U.S. West District manager. Both positions opened up after Malouf named Jesse Gibbs as vice president of national sales and Jeff Holmstead as vice president of international sales.

“Matt and Derek are well-deserving of these positions, as they have helped our retail partners expand their businesses over the years,” Gibbs said. “They both understand current market needs in their respective districts and are positioned to help drive continued success for our customers.”

Leishman has worked at Malouf for more than four years. He started as an account manager for the Northeast territory and later transitioned to territory manager over the same area. Before joining Malouf, Leishman worked in the rental car industry, where he developed strong skills in customer service.

Adams has filled a variety of sales roles during his four years at Malouf. Prior to this promotion, he served as an inbound sales representative, account manager, and most recently, territory manager over California. Adams previously worked as an auditor and is known for his analytical perspective and attention to detail.
