North Brunswick, New Jersey-based Bedding Industries of America and Saatva have formalized their longstanding partnership through a company merger.
BIA has been the exclusive mattress supplier to Saatva, an online luxury mattress retailer, since its inception more than a decade ago.
Ron Rudzin, Saatva CEO, and Stuart Carlitz, BIA founder, say they are optimistic about the opportunities this merger will generate for the combined organization. Saatva will benefit from a vertically integrated supply chain, while BIA can leverage Saatva’s resources to better serve its brick-and-mortar retail customer base and strengthen its flagship Eclipse and Eastman House brands.
