Mark Kinsley, the president and CEO of Englander, will transition to an Englander advisory role and begin shifting his focus to operating The FAM.

“Both Englander and The FAM have experienced remarkable growth, with each entity supporting the other’s expansion,” said Mark Kinsley, president and CEO of Englander. “As I considered where I could deepen my impact and envisioned Englander’s exciting future, it became clear that the company’s foundation is rock-solid and the group needs a sales-minded professional to guide the next phase.

“Even though The FAM will become my main focus, I am excited to continue as a strategic advisor assisting with Englander’s mission to create exceptional products that deliver life-changing sleep.”

As the Chicago, Illinois-based company adds large regional and national accounts, the search for a sales-minded executive takes center stage.

“Our group delivers consistent products coast-to-coast and border to border,” said Bryan Smith, CEO of Southerland, an Englander owner. “We service all 50 states and we’re excited to expand on a legacy of excellence that started in 1894 and continues today.”

An executive search will ensue focusing on individuals with a track record of securing product placements with national and large regional retailers, according to a news release.

“This transition is a strategic step in fortifying Englander’s market position,” said Stuart Carlitz, CEO of Bedding Industries of America. “It embodies our dedication to progress and our belief in the power of collaboration to unlock unprecedented levels of success and customer satisfaction.”

Englander’s owners said they are excited about ushering in the next stage, and pointed out that under Kinsley’s stewardship Englander has grown.

“Mark’s strategic approach and commitment have been instrumental in reinforcing the brand’s heritage while steering it toward a future of innovation and market leadership,” said Eric Rhea, Corsicana’s CEO. “As Mark shifts his focus, we are confident that the foundation we have laid together will greatly contribute to driving our success.”
