Chicago-based Englander Sleep Products has appointed 15-year industry veteran Chealen Martin as its new president and CEO.
He steps into the position previously held by Mark Kinsley, who has transitioned to an advisory role.
Martin’s background in the mattress industry includes positions at Bedgear, Casper and Temper Sealy International, where he demonstrated ability in sales leadership, market strategy development and team growth, according to a news release.
Company officials say his strategic approach and dedication to fostering strong relationships have been instrumental to his success, making him an invaluable asset to Englander as the company continues to innovate and grow in the sleep products market.
