Spring Air Spotlights Sleep Copper and Four Seasons Brands at Summer Las Vegas Market

Top 20 U.S. bedding manufacturer Spring Air International, is spotlighting two of its most popular and unique collections—Sleep Copper and Four Seasons—at the Las Vegas Market this weekend.

“These two collections are our primary focus at the Summer Market because they are both selling well at retail and resonating with the retail sales associates,” said Nick Bates, president of Spring Air International. “Retail feedback has been that these collections are an easy story to share with shoppers and easy for RSAs to train on. We’ve had a lot of positive feedback since their introductions in January, and retailers who committed to trying them this winter are returning to expand their offerings with more models.”

According to Bates, retailers are looking to add best-selling SKU’s to their floors, opting for proven sales generators over new and unproven product in the current market.

“Retail is tough right now and what we are hearing from our dealers is that they want to stock their floors with models that have a proven track record of success rather than giving valuable real estate to unproven products,” he said.

The Four Seasons collection stands out at retail with a unique story focused on temperature regulation, integrating specialized cooling yarns to help sleepers stay cool during the spring and summer months, and luxe, natural-wool fibers to keep them warm throughout the fall

and winter seasons. “While the mattress industry prioritizes cool sleep, it doesn’t always align with people’s sleeping preferences in colder seasons,” Bates said, “so along with our focus on cooling aspects in product collections like our best-selling Grand Hybrid and Sleep Copper Collections, we’re also dedicated to providing our customers with year-round comfort.”

Featuring top-tier materials such as Joma Wool, Serene foam, and Talalay latex, the Four Seasons collection encompasses five beds in various comfort choices that enable consumers to switch between warm or cool temperature regulation simply by flipping their mattress.

To draw shoppers’ attention on retail floors, cover designs showcase lodge-inspired tartan plaids, tweeds, herringbone patterns, etched leathers, and snowflake-dusted covers for the cool side, complemented by a quilted leaf pattern for the warm side. Retail prices for the Four Seasons collection range from $1,599 to $2,599.

Sleep Copper elevates the cooling conversation to yet another level by incorporating NatuVerex cold cover fabrics containing a patented yarn technology that features a high copper content. With 30 percent more copper in the cover fabric than is typically found in products marketed as copper-infused, the Sleep Copper beds are designed to help people sleep better, longer and recover faster.

Two of the new Sleep Copper beds are smooth-top hybrid models featuring Spring Air’s Back Supporter spring unit with encased coils. Much like the company’s popular Grand Hybrid line, the two hybrid models feature waterfall-style covers that crest over the sides, and are available in firm, medium and plush feels. Beneath the knit cover, the new designs offer varying depths of either copper-infused Visco memory foam, or copper-infused latex depending on the model. A third, top-of-the-line Sleep Copper entry is a traditional quilted EuroTop style mattress, which also features the Back Supporter spring unit at its core. Suggested retails range from $1599 to $2599 in queen.

With striking contemporary cover patterns, black borders and copper accents, Sleep Copper too stands out on retail floors. Plus, Bates said, “Sleep Copper offers shoppers a very similar feel to the leading foam bed, but at much more attractive price points, coupled with superior margins for the retailer. That’s a key reason retailers are heading to Las Vegas to add more of them to their floors.”
