WOBURN, Massachusetts — Spring Air International, a top U.S. bedding manufacturer and globally recognized consumer brand, has signed North Brunswick, New Jersey-based Dream Well Mattress as its new licensee for the Mid-Atlantic region, serving retailers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Maryland.
Dream Well is a family-owned mattress manufacturer celebrating its 25th year in business serving independent retailers throughout the Middle Atlantic region of the country. Founded by Isaac Srour originally in Brooklyn, New York, today they have a 100,000-square-foot warehouse in Central New Jersey employing 40 associates.
“Dream Well is a well-regarded, established independent manufacturer with a strong track record of quality manufacturing and service to its customers, values which align with all our licensees. They will be a strong addition to our team,” said Nick Bates, president and chief executive officer of Spring Air International.
Over the past several months, Spring Air had been working with Dream Well on a contract basis to fill a regional void after the shuttering of Pennsylvania Bedding who previously held the license for the region for 17 years.
“We service a lot of mom-and-pop stores in the region with our house brand. With this new relationship we are excited to add a national brand to our lineup to better serve them and of
course the new customers we will be bringing to the brand. We have an extensive network of sales associates in the region that compliment our state-of-the-art production with great customer service and training,” said Dream Well President Maurice Srour, the second-generation family member leading day-to-day operations who joined the company 11 years ago.
The Dream Well deal completes Spring Air’s license buildout in the United States, with every state in the nation now covered by one of its approved manufacturing partners.
