Mlily USA is partnering with local retailers in Florida and North Carolina to donate at least 1,500 mattresses across four locations to help communities ravaged by recent hurricanes.

According to a news release, Sleep Pros USA stores in Florida, owned by Corey Haney, and Enza Home Furnishings stores in North Carolina, owned by David Madora, will hold four distribution events, two each in their respective states.

Sleep Pros USA events in Florida are scheduled for November 1 at 9 a.m. at 1707 1st St., Bradenton, and November 2 at 4 p.m. at 407 Magnolia Ave., Anna Maria Island.

Enza Home Furnishings has two events in North Carolina scheduled for November 2 at 10 a.m. in two locations: 25 Long Shoals Rd., Arden, and 87 Haywood St., Asheville.

At Mlily USA’s most recent mattress donation event held two weeks ago with Mattress Outlet of Johnson City, Tennessee, families and vehicles were lined up to pick up more than 300 free mattresses, all distributed within one hour, the news release said.

As a Knoxville, Tennessee-based mattress manufacturer, company officials said Mlily USA plans to continue donations with retail partners for about eight distribution events across three states. The company believes in giving back to the community and has a strong history of aiding disaster relief and recovery while supporting Special Spaces, a not-for-profit organization that creates dream bedrooms for children with cancer.
