Customatic delivers on customer service

Adjustable base supplier Customatic Adjustable Bedz, headquartered in Natick, Massachusetts, has announced an investment of $1 million in its customer service capabilities.

The company’s new Platinum Elite Customer Service now includes 24/7 phone access to Customatic-trained service technicians, no hold times and in-home service by the company’s dedicated field service team in three days or less.

“During our research for implementation of the service, we heard about the pain points people despise when dealing with customer calls—long hold times, inadequate service hours, inflexible service call scheduling, poor follow-up and lack of empathy,” said Phil Sherman, Customatic president. “We’ve eliminated the frustrations we’ve all had with customer service to deliver a much more positive experience. … Buyers need to recognize that when selecting an adjustable base supplier, there are other considerations besides simply looking for the lowest cost producer.”
