Also, Kenny Oliver, president of sales, has left Jones to join Norman Paschall Co. as chief executive officer. He was with the Jones Family of Companies for more than 25 years. Oliver’s first interaction with the company was as a supplier representing NPC, where he supplied fiber to Jones Fiber’s flagship operation in Memphis, Tennessee.

Dailey transitioned to Jones Nonwovens two years ago after leading sales for the Jones Yarn spinning operation for 25 years. In his new position, he leads the sales team and manages customer relationship development for Jones Nonwovens.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for Kenny and he has earned it,” Dailey said. “We are excited about our new capabilities and the strategies developed to drive our business, anticipating the future trends for the mattress industry and our expansion into adjacent markets.”

The company said in a news release that the leadership changes, capability expansion, new product development and addition of seven board members are all part of continuing strategic moves that began in 2015 when the Jones Family of Companies reorganized management, combining a number of function areas for the yarn spinning and nonwoven businesses.
