Logan, Utah-based bedding supplier Malouf was selected by Inc. magazine as one of the 300 Best Work Places of 2018.
More than 1,800 private-sector companies vied for the honor in the third competition. Award applicants were assessed on the basis of benefits offered and employees’ responses to a 30-question survey.
“Putting a focus on our people and our culture has been a priority for our company from the beginning, and those things are built into our company values,” said Sam Malouf, chief executive officer. “People spend a great part of their day and of their life at work, and we think it’s important that work is a place our people like to be.”
