Pharr, Texas-based retailer Luvill Furniture and Corsicana Mattress Co. sales representative David Rubio each pocketed $10,000 as the top winners in a sweepstakes sponsored by Corsicana at the Winter Las Vegas Market Jan. 27-31. The sweepstakes helped promote the launch of Go Corsicana, the Corsicana, Texas-based company’s dedicated web portal. Corsicana sales representative Charles May won $1,000 for recording the most sales during the market.
“The sweepstakes generated a lot of buzz in our showroom and added to the great energy that was present throughout the market,” said Michael Thompson, chief executive officer of Corsicana Mattress. “Our new web portal was well-received by our dealers and our sales team because it enables everyone to work more efficiently.”
