Sleep accessories supplier Malouf, headquartered in Logan, Utah, has promoted Eric Holmstead to the new position of national sales manager.
Holmstead, who has been with Malouf for four years, previously was central district manager. As a liaison between the Malouf sales team and the company, Holmstead manages interdepartmental communication to enable the district and regional managers to focus more fully on their clients. He also works closely with Mike Douglas, vice president of sales, on sales strategy, large account acquisition and management, and formalizing and streamlining sales training programs.
Douglas said: “Eric’s talent in logistics and strategy will be a huge asset at the national level. This new position is all about streamlining processes and increasing communication, so our retail partners have an even better experience when they work with us. There’s no better person for the job.”
