C3 Adds Third Site in Wisconsin

C3 Corp., an original equipment manufacturer supplying polyurethane foam producers and mattress manufacturers, has added a third facility in its headquarters city, Appleton, Wisconsin. The Marshall building gives the company more than 100,000 additional square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and office space.

The new site serves two purposes, the company said. It adds significant storage capacity for product inventory and provides dedicated space for research and development, including a full production line.

According to John Deitrich, C3 vice president of operations, “(The Marshall facility) gives us the opportunity to do something new – to put a full line of machinery into production and innovate and be creative in the manufacturing process. In doing so, we have a line that allows us to learn and demonstrate what operational excellence looks like.”
