RICHMOND, VA – Carpenter Co., one of the world’s leading producers of polyurethane foams and bedding products, announced that Mike McQuiston has joined the company as a Vice President of their Bedding division on August 16.
A former President of Symbol Mattress, McQuiston also served as a Vice President of a division of Leggett & Platt and has built a solid career in the bedding industry for over 30 years.
“I am thrilled to join the Carpenter team. Throughout my career, I have been in our customers’ shoes and I understand their needs. I look forward to building partnerships and supporting their growth” says the new VP.
McQuiston will work alongside Bob Steelman, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, another experienced veteran in the bedding business. “I look forward to partnering with Mike to build strategies to support our company’s growth and maintain Carpenter’s reputation as an industry leader”, says Steelman.
