Montreal-based King Koil Canada has hired Mario Barbieri as its new territory sales representative for the Quebec market.
According to a news release, Barbieri has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, He previously worked with Sealy Canada and Serta Simmons Bedding and will lead King Koil’s expansion back into Quebec through direct sales partnerships.
Alykhan Sunderji, vice president of King Koil Canada, said, “We are thrilled to have Mario join our team. His extensive experience and connections in the Quebec market will greatly enhance our efforts as we look to strengthen our presence and offer exceptional products to our customers.”

King Koil will also enter the Quebec market with its revamped World Luxury Lineup and Spine Support lineup of beds produced in its Toronto-area factory. “We already have a great lineup of products that we rolled out recently in the East that has been received greatly in the market and we already have a strong and quick shipping network to mostly every region in Quebec with a well-respected specialty shipper so we are ready to start the year strong in Quebec,” Sunderji said.
