It’s hard to flip through a magazine, BedTimes included, and not find a story about the importance of sleep to our health and well-being. These days, sleep is a hot topic. The April 23 issue of Time magazine has a fascinating story about the latest research on sleep and creativity.

“It’s no secret that sleep can be a well of good ideas—what we’re learning now is how to dip into it,” writes Jeffrey Kluger in his article “Shhh! Genius at Work: New Research Explains Why Your Brain May Be at Its Most Creative When You’re Asleep.” (You need to subscribe to read the entire story, but this long snippet may convince you to pick up this week’s issue.)
