Adjustable base supplier Ergomotion has expanded into additional space in downtown Santa Barbara, Calif., at 203 Chapala St., about five blocks from its headquarters at 19 E. Ortega St. The new facility is nearly 10,000 square feet and houses Ergomotion’s research and development department, warehouse, and parts and customer service departments.
The Pacific Coast Business Times reported May 14 that the new lease is the largest commercial lease signed this year in Santa Barbara.
