Latex International consolidates components sales under Tilki

Mattress industry supplier Latex International has named Mike Tilki to the new post vice president of domestic and international component sales. He continues to report to Jim Siragusa, vice president of global sales.

Previously, Tilki was vice president of sales for North America for the Shelton, Conn.-based company. Prior to that, he was direct of sales, handling domestic national accounts. In his first position on the Latex International sales force, he was responsible for East Coast accounts. Tilki joined the company in 1999 as a product marketing manager.

“We are pleased with the way Mike has successfully developed our domestic sales over the last several years,” said David Fisher, Latex International president and chief executive officer. “Global interest in Talalay latex is growing at a rapid pace. Putting our global and domestic component business under one umbrella made sense because it allows us to share insights gained from Europe and Asia with our domestic partners.”
