Markham, Ontario-based protection supplier Caber Sure Fit will unveil its Mattress Care warranty program at the Las Vegas Market Jan. 28-Feb.1 at the World Market Center. The program is available to retailers who carry Caber Sure Fit’s Dream Serene mattress protection kits.
Retailers who participate will receive point-of-sale materials, training for retail sales associates and a full refund for the cost of replacing mattresses with permanent stains due to the failure of the company’s mattress protectors.
The Mattress Care warranty program offers consumers these benefits:
- Ten years of stain coverage, including a stain removal spray, in-home stain removal service, exchange credit for mattress replacement and a toll-free phone number for stain removal advice.
- Protection from odors for three years, including in-home odor removal service and access to a toll-free phone number for advice on stain and odor removal.
- An enhanced service warranty, which includes protection against accidental rips, tears and burns, and covers an in-home repair service.
- A three-month extension of the retailer’s comfort exchange offer.
“This program is a great way for dealers to increase sales while providing their consumers with an added insurance policy,” said Bernard Weinstein, Caber Sure Fit president and chief executive officer. “Unlike a manufacturer’s warranty, Mattress Care protects against far more incidentals, including accidental damage, which adds significant value to the consumer.”
