Dan Wingold
Toronto-based Standard Linens Inc. has hired Dan Wingold to fill the newly created position of vice president of sales and marketing.
Wingold is responsible for the design, development and marketing of the company’s just-launched mattress protection, pillow and duvet collections. His other duties include the streamlining and expansion of the sales department, as well as new business development in the United States and Canada.
Wingold is based in Charlotte, N.C., and reports to Oliver Altiparmakyan, Standard Linens president and chief executive officer.
Previously, Wingold was national sales and marketing manager at HealthGuard, a mattress and pillow protection supplier. Prior to that, he was director of ticket operations for the Western Professional Hockey League.

Standard Textiles has been a supplier of linens and other textile products since 2005. Its Standard Marketing & Printing division provides point-of-sale printing and embroidery services in the United States and Canada.
